A really great experience from beginning to end from Graham coming out to measure no ridiculous 3 hour sales pitch he knew what we wanted as soon as we told him and he had a quote over to us the next day . The fitting team were superb respectful hard working and the communication was great at all stages . The quality of the doors and windows is first class I would highly recommend Caledonia to anyone who is looking for new windows and doors

A great experience dealing with Caledonia windows & doors. From initial phone call, to Graham visiting to take measurements right up to the 2 lads fitting the doors everyone was great to deal with while being very professional. The whole process went very smoothly.
I was especially impressed with the customer service team - Gillian in particular could not have being anymore helpful!
We are so pleased with our doors and would highly recommend this company!
Thanks again,
Ciara Flynn

A great service from start to finish, 4 windows and a tricky cat flap in the conservatory - everything went exactly as planned and Robert and the team were so friendly and helpful - always on time, tidied everything as they went along and made us feel very confident in the work they were doing. Delighted with the end result and would recommend to everyone!

I am so happy with my new front door. The staff were excellent. Ellis who fitted my door was so happy and cheerful and so professional. If I was thinking of new windows etc I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dont think they would be beaten on price or workmanship.

Caledonia Windows & Doors installed my new composite Irish Oak door. The door and frame were of high quality, the installers made sure it fit perfectly. Installers worked very hard to do an excellent job including putting sheets down and cleaning all areas as they worked. The plastering had a few chips and they organised the plasterers to come out and fix chips within a couple of hours. Very impressed with works and also the customer service team. I would highly recommend this company for installing new doors, as love my new door & the service I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love my new front door from Caledonia Windows & Doors. I highly recommend this company; their staff truly are their main asset. The salesman Robert was excellent when he visited my home, taking the time to talk me through all of my options clearly. The fitter, Ellis, was also fantastic. He was polite, courteous, and friendly throughout the installation, cleaned up after himself perfectly, and was highly professional from start to finish. Both are a real credit to the team.
